機械のメンテナンスと潤滑

1. Machine Maintenance

ユーザーは定期的なメンテナンスと修理のために紙ボウルマシンであり、マシンの動作状態を改善してマシンを良好な動作状態にする必要があります。具体的な方法は次のとおりです。

(5) Exclude mechanical failure shall be arranged with mechanical knowledge and mechanical experience of personnel, to ensure the safety of personnel and machinery.

(6) Lubrication system oil pump inlet filter to be cleaned regularly (to avoid blockage of the oil can not be oil to the oil required, resulting in serious machine wear), the new machine in the first two months once a week cleaning, Wash once every two weeks to ensure smooth oil, lubrication in place.

（7）潤滑油（EP150）も定期的に交換する必要があります。新しい機械は、最初の月に1回、その後は 6-12 月に1回交換して、機械の潤滑を確保し、耐用年数を延ばす必要があります。

2. Machine Lubrication
